Terms of Service

1. The short version

By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these terms. We run a small veteran-owned shop; we build much of our gear to order, and we ask for the same loyalty we give: read the details, and if something is wrong, tell us and we’ll make it right.

2. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. It becomes a confirmed order when payment succeeds on Stripe and you receive our confirmation email. If an item is unavailable or mispriced, we will contact you before producing anything, and you may cancel for a full refund.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars and include no tax unless shown at checkout. Payment is collected by Stripe at the time of order. Free shipping applies to orders over $75 (after any discounts, before tax). We ship to U.S. addresses only.

4. Production and shipping times

Made-to-order pieces require 2–3 weeks of production before shipping; transit time is additional. Ready-to-ship pieces leave our hands within 2 weeks. Orders that contain both kinds of pieces are held and shipped together once every piece is ready — the made-to-order window applies to the whole order. If we ever expect your order to take longer than promised, we will email you.

5. Returns and exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery. Because most pieces are made to order for you specifically, please choose sizes carefully — our FAQs cover sizing questions. Made-to-order items produced to your specification (custom colorway requests, etc.) are final sale. Start a return by emailing marcusjohnson@myskeletoncrew.com.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel for a full refund any time before production begins on your pieces. Once production has started on made-to-order items, we can no longer recover our costs and can only offer store credit or an exchange. To cancel, email us as early as possible.

7. Intellectual property

The Skeleton Crew name, skull crest, and site content belong to MarDarJohn LLC. Don’t reproduce our designs or content commercially without written permission.

8. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We’re not liable for indirect damages, and we don’t guarantee uninterrupted website availability.
