Who we are
Skeleton Crew (“we,” “us”) is a Marine Corps veteran-owned apparel brand operated by MarDarJohn LLC. This policy explains what information we collect when you use myskeletoncrew.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Order information: name, shipping address, email, phone number, and the items you purchase. We need this to produce, pack, and ship your order.
- Payment information: we never see or store your card number. Payments are processed by Stripe on their secure, encrypted checkout pages. See Stripe’s privacy policy for how they handle payment data.
- Waitlist signups: if you join our drop-notification list, we store your email address and use it only to send you launch and drop announcements. Every email includes a way to opt out.
- Basic technical data: like most websites, our hosting (Hostinger) automatically logs standard request information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and troubleshooting.
How we use your information
- To process and fulfill your orders, including made-to-order production.
- To email you order confirmations, production updates, and shipping/tracking notices.
- To provide customer support.
- To send drop announcements — only if you joined the waitlist, and only with an opt-out in every email.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your personal information.
- We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
- We do not store your card details on our servers.
Sharing
We share information only with the services required to run the store: Stripe (payments), our hosting provider (Hostinger), and the shipping carrier you choose at delivery. Each receives only what they need to do their job.
Data retention
We keep order records as long as needed for accounting, tax, and legal purposes, and to honor warranties and returns. Waitlist emails are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to unsubscribe from emails. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information is collected and to opt out of its sale — and since we do not sell your information, there is nothing further to opt out of.

Children
This store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, the new version will be posted here with a revised date.
