Shipping & Returns

Where we ship

United States addresses only (including APO/FPO). We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping rates

• Free shipping on orders over $75 — calculated after any discounts and before tax. An order totaling exactly $75 does not qualify.
• Flat rate for orders at or below $75 — the amount is shown at checkout before you pay.

When your order ships

• Ready-to-ship pieces: leave our hands within 2 weeks.
• Made-to-order pieces: 2–3 weeks of production before shipping.
• Mixed orders: held and shipped together once the made-to-order pieces are ready — the made-to-order window applies to the whole order.

Transit time after shipping is additional (typically 2–5 business days within the U.S.). You’ll get an email with tracking when your order ships, and we’ll email you if anything changes.

Returns & exchanges

Unworn, unwashed items with original tags can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Made-to-order pieces produced to a custom specification are final sale. To start a return or exchange, email marcusjohnson@myskeletoncrew.com with your order number.

Cancellations are free any time before production begins on your pieces.
